2015

Radientum was founded by former Nokia antenna engineers with a vision to deliver optimal antenna performance across all industries. We established a model providing on-demand access to specialized antenna engineering resources, simulation environments, and laboratory facilities.

We refined our internal processes to ensure agility while executing customer projects. From our inception, our focus has remained on serving customers and continuously improving our service delivery capabilities.

2016

2017

Jukka Sjöstedt joined as CEO, bringing international business expertise to accelerate our global expansion. We commissioned our Over-The-Air measurement chamber, expanding our testing capabilities. In October, we exhibited at our first international trade show outside Finland.

Rapid growth characterized this year, with revenue nearly doubling from 2017 results. We expanded our engineering team and underwent ownership changes to support increasing customer demand and project volume.

2018

2019

We achieved stable, profitable growth with €874k revenue and €108k profit. Two board professionals joined our board of directors. We served 113 customers across 24 countries including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Spain, and Canada. We initiated our first collaborative research project with universities and industry partners.

The global pandemic and subsequent supply chain disruptions impacted our customers and operations. We concentrated on capability development and technical advancement. In 2021, we launched our second research project with an international consortium.

2020-2021

2022

A transformational year as we surpassed €2 million in revenue. This milestone enabled us to open our second office in Espoo, Finland, and significantly expand our team with additional engineering talent.

We completed our first strategic acquisition by purchasing TreSolver Oy, strengthening our technical capabilities and market position.

2023

2024-2025

Our team size grew to 27 by the end of 2025 and during that year we started two new research project after succesful completion of the previous project.
