Summer Party 2024

A few months ago, all of us at Radientum enjoyed a fantastic summer party that embodied the perfect balance of work and play. Starting off from our Hervanta office, we embarked on a memorable day that highlighted the importance of both relaxation and strong team connections  –  something that’s as crucial to us as the wireless connections we design.

The day began with a delightful experience on a sauna boat, a very Finnish way to unwind. As we drifted on the calm waters, the combination of soothing heat of sauna and refreshing dips in the lake provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. It was a great way for our team to decompress, leave the stress of work behind, and simply enjoy the moment. Just like a well-designed antenna is subject to environment, we recognize that our team also needs time to relax and recharge in a serene place to maintain peak performance.

After our time on the water, we continued the day at a wonderful local restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, providing the ideal setting for us to bond over delicious food. Sharing a meal together gave us the chance to deepen our relationships and chat about everything from the latest industry trends in wireless design to personal stories.

Company events like this one are more than just a break from the routine—they’re a vital part of what makes teams strong. These gatherings help us to reconnect, inspire creativity, and bring fresh perspectives back to the office.

As we look back on that summer day, we’re reminded of the value of investing in our team, not just through professional development, but through experiences that foster camaraderie and creativity.

The night continued on, but the rest shall remain a mystery…
