Meet Radientum at Enlit Europe 2026 in Vienna

Written by Christine Nguyen | Oct 23, 2026, 12:50:25 PM

Enlit Europe 2026 takes place from 10 to 12 November at VIECON – Vienna Congress & Convention Center in Vienna, Austria. It is one of Europe’s largest energy events, bringing together utilities, grid operators, technology suppliers and device makers working on the energy transition.

Christine Nguyen, Director of Business Development at Radientum, will be visiting Enlit Europe 2026. If your team develops smart meters, grid sensors or other connected energy devices, this is a good chance to talk about antenna and RF performance face to face.

Who to meet from Radientum at Enlit Europe 2026

If you are looking for an antenna, RF or EMC design partner at Enlit Europe 2026, meet Christine Nguyen from Radientum. Christine is attending Enlit in Vienna on [10–12 November] and is open to meetings with teams building smart meters and energy IoT devices. Send her a message on LinkedIn or by email to agree on a time.

  • Who: Christine Nguyen, Director of Business Development, Radientum

  • When: 10–11 November 2026

  • Where: Enlit Europe 2026, VIECON – Vienna Congress & Convention Center, Vienna, Austria (visiting, no stand)

How to meet: Message Christine on LinkedIn or book a meeting from her calendar.

What Enlit Europe 2026 covers

Enlit Europe brings the whole energy value chain under one roof, from generation and grids to storage and end users. The organisers expect more than 750 exhibitors and 600 speakers. Programme themes include grid digitalisation, energy storage, cybersecurity and smart water networks, which is why many smart metering and grid-edge device makers attend. Why antenna performance matters in smart metering Smart meters and grid sensors often end up in difficult radio locations: basements, metal cabinets, meter pits and walls full of rebar. In those conditions, antenna efficiency decides whether a device connects reliably or keeps retrying, and retries drain the battery.

In our experience, most coverage problems in metering products trace back to decisions made early in the design: where the antenna sits, how big the ground plane is and what the enclosure is made of. Fixing those after tooling is expensive, so it pays to check antenna performance while the mechanics can still change.

What to talk to Christine about

  • Antenna design for smart meters and utility IoT devices using cellular IoT (LTE-M, NB-IoT), LoRa and other sub-GHz radios

  • Keeping the link working in metal enclosures, meter pits and other hard installations

  • OTA measurements (TRP and TIS) before certification and operator approval

  • EMC and EMI questions in compact, battery-powered designs
