Wi-Fi antenna design
WI-FI is an essential feature of many modern devices and technology is moving forward to achieve even faster data throughput and coverage. For the antenna, this means dual-band frequency 2.4GHz & 5GHz and often multi-antenna solution for MIMO operation. With the latest additions in WI-FI 6 and WI-FI 6E frequency range is extended to 6GHz. WI-FI standards also extend all the way to a 60GHz band.
Many of the same challenges present with cellular antennas and MIMO are here as well. Space requirement is considerably less as only 2.4GHz and higher frequencies are needed. However, with higher frequencies such as 60GHz same challenges as with 5G mmWave antennas emerge.

We can measure TRP in anechoic chamber when your device has been configured to transmit carrier wave signal (CWS) at maximum power. This means that our power meter will test the transmitted power to each direction and results are integrated to generate the combined total power.
